We are now looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our dynamic team and ensure our customers receive timely, accurate, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and messaging platforms
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and product information requests in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum [Diploma / Bachelor’s degree] in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales support, ideally within the garment, textile, or wholesale industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of ERP or inventory systems
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset
