Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist with native-level English proficiency to provide

outstanding technical assistance to our customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues,

guiding users, and ensuring a seamless customer experience with our e-commerce and SaaS products.


Key Responsibilities :

• Provide expert-level technical support via phone, email, and live chat.

• Troubleshoot and resolve e-commerce-related technical issues while ensuring an excellent

customer experience.

• Document inquiries and solutions accurately in the CRM system (HubSpot experience is a plus).

• Work closely with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

• Guide customers through product installation, setup, and troubleshooting.

• Stay up to date with the latest SaaS and e-commerce product features.

• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear, simple way.

• Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.


Requirements :

• Native-level English proficiency (written and verbal).

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in technical customer support or a similar role.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Experience with HubSpot is a plus

Work Schedule and Location:

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Monday - Friday + alternate Saturdays)

Location: CBT Towers, Executive Block, Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
