Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Sales & Support Executive to join our team at our Islamabad office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication skills in English. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage client relationships, drive sales, and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Provide timely and effective customer support via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in customer sales and support roles
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
