About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior Customer Support (Arabic) professional to join our team in Karachi. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to our clients, assist with software usage and troubleshooting, and help ensure a seamless experience with our healthcare IT solutions. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with ERP systems, healthcare technology, and customer engagement in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients in Arabic and English via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle and resolve support tickets efficiently
  • Assist end-users with software training and guidance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Learn and support healthcare IT and ERP system implementations

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
  • Experience or basic knowledge in software support (Accounting, HRM, Inventory, MDM)
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems or ERP solutions is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Willing to work on-site in Karachi, including weekends or night shifts if required
  • Reliable transportation for on-site visits
