Client Communication & Order Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing both new and existing order inquiries and providing proactive after-sales support.
- Follow up on order requests, confirm dispatch dates, and clearly communicate delivery timelines to customers.
- Process orders accurately, ensure order integrity, and monitor delivery schedules to ensure seamless fulfillment.
- Keep clients updated with real-time order status and handle any follow-up communications promptly to maintain transparency and trust.
Sales Team Support & Administration
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team by preparing and managing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Maintain and update Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and MIS (Management Information System) reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Track and follow up on pending and ongoing client payments to optimize revenue flow and ensure timely collections.
- Liaise with the factory or logistics team to coordinate dispatch schedules, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery.
