Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, and product information.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and sales team for issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools or Excel sheets.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved issues to senior team members.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on open issues until resolved.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal & written).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email handling, and Google Sheets.
  • Prior experience in E-commerce / Online Customer Support is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple queries and remain calm.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
