Customer Support Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to provide on-site technical support and customer assistance for Computer Hardware, Software, and Network systems. The role involves regular travel to Saudi Arabia (KSA) to support client locations.

◾ Requirements:

- Education: Graduate in Science or Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering (ICT or related field) with relevant technical certifications.

◾Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effective team player.

- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering technology services.

- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure with hands-on experience in hardware repair and troubleshooting.

- Ability and willingness to travel frequently to KSA for on-site assignments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD450.000 - BD500.000 per month
