Customer Support Chat Agent

Note: This is office Based Job, Our office is in Sector E-11 Islamabad.

TT Technologies pvt. ltd looking for the people who will be guiding/supporting customers online.We are a fast-growing e-commerce company managing multiple online brands across Pakistan. We sell on Shopify, Daraz, and other platforms. We are looking for a Customer Chat Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via live chat, WhatsApp, and social media inboxes
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns
  • Handle complaints professionally and provide timely solutions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
  • Maintain proper records of chats and customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order-related issues
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly tone at all times
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and positive brand image

Requirements:

  • Good English writing skills (basic spoken English preferred)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and politely
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Basic computer knowledge (typing, browsing, Excel/Sheets)
  • Ability to handle pressure and multiple chats
  • Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month

  • Middle School (Preferred)

  • Islamabad E-11 (Preferred)
