Must be interested to work in Customer support / Inventory Controller role.
Job Purpose:
- Client Management – To ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction by receiving incoming calls and Outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Customer Relationship – To provide end-to-end support to customers (walk-ins and phone calls), ensure the availability of committed products, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Customer Retention – Solve customers’ issues related to orders, pick-up, delivery, and quality.
- Overseeing construction activities, ensuring they align with design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper documentation standards are followed, including version control.
- Manage the distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure timely dissemination of updated documents and revisions.
- Maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
