Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive with prior experience in logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer calls and inquiries in a professional manner
- Product dispatch
- Shipment weight
- Delivery charges
- Available shipping methods (courier, air, etc.)
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable shipping option
- Create and confirm dispatch orders based on customer requirements
- Coordinate with the logistics/operations team for timely dispatch
- Ensure proper order booking and documentation
- Share shipment details and updates with customers
- Resolve customer concerns related to shipping, delays, or charges
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and orders
- Ensure smooth workflow from order placement to final dispatch
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support or logistics (preferred)
- Good English communication skills (especially for international calls)
- Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics is a plus
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with international shipping procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
