Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by understanding their needs and providing accurate information.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve their technical issues.
- Offer training and demonstrations to end-users on product functionality and best practices.
- Work with development, quality assurance, and IT teams to resolve complex issues.
- Provide regular reports on recurring issues, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Shift Details:
- Employees in this role will follow an alternate shift schedule. They'll be given 2 weeks off at any time, and during the day shift, they'll work from the office. In the evening shift, they'll work from home.
Requirements for the profile:
- Candidates must demonstrate fluency in English communication.
- Candidates should only appear for an interview if they are genuinely interested in advancing their careers in the fields of Business Development Executive (BDE) or Customer Support.
