Customer Support Engineer

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain HP Printers & MFP devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
  • Manage toner/ink replacement, parts repair, and firmware updates.
  • Provide user support and training for HP printing solutions.
  • Maintain service logs, usage reports, and maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience with HP Printers & MFPs.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software & driver issues.
  • Knowledge of Windows/Mac printing environments.
  • Familiarity with network printing & scanning configurations.
  • Diploma/Certification in IT, Electronics, or related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
