Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Engineer (Coordinator) to act as the central point of communication between clients and internal teams. Your key responsibility will be to manage customer interactions related to ongoing PEB projects, ensure clear and timely coordination with departments such as design, production, and site execution, and support smooth delivery as per client expectations.

This role is critical in ensuring project alignment, timely execution, and high customer satisfaction in a technical and project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact for assigned customers during the project execution phase.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress, timelines, deliverables, and any issues.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including design, detailing, production, dispatch/logistics, and erection teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
  • Track project milestones and proactively follow up with internal stakeholders to avoid delays.
  • Document and manage customer requirements, changes, feedback, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate resolution of client queries or concerns by working with technical teams.
  • Ensure timely sharing of project updates, drawings, BOQs, and dispatch schedules with clients.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and support repeat business by providing excellent service.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a coordination or support role in the PEB, steel structures, or construction industry.
  • Good understanding of PEB project lifecycle and terminology (drawings, BOQs, production schedules, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to manage client expectations professionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook); familiarity with project management or ERP tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple ongoing projects.
  • A problem-solving, customer-centric approach with a willingness to take initiative.

Pay: ₹11,114.87 - ₹30,391.95 per month
