We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing customer interactions, overseeing billing operations, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with inquiries, complaints, and service-related requests.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and keep records updated in the CRM system.

Billing and Financial Operations:

  • Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices using QuickBooks.
  • Reconcile payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain precise financial records.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth billing cycles and timely payment processing.
  • Address invoice-related queries and provide clients with detailed charge explanations.

Administrative and Analytical Tasks:

  • Generate financial reports and analyze billing trends and customer payment behaviors.
  • Maintain organized records of transactions and invoices for audit purposes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Location: On-site, Nazimabad, Karachi
