Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries related to:
  • Order tracking
  • Returns and exchanges
  • Refund status
  • Delivery delays or issues
  • Provide accurate information on product lifecycle, availability, and policies.
  • Communicate with customers via calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Provide support to confused or irate customers with patience and clarity.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, etc.) for quick issue resolution.
  • Report recurring issues and customer feedback to management for process improvement.
  • Assist in improving the overall customer experience through quality service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
