Location: Surat, Gujarat, India

Experience: 1–2 years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/- per month (as per experience and discussion)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle delivery-related issues such as delays, incorrect shipments, or damaged products. Coordinate with logistics, courier partners, and warehouse teams to ensure overall post purchase process is managed well.
  • Escalate recurring delivery or order issues to operations for process improvement.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and empathetic support.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (graduates in business, supply chain, or life sciences preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English (and local languages where relevant).
  • Ability to multitask and manage order tracking with attention to detail.
  • Customer-first attitude with patience and problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, e-commerce and logistics is an added advantage.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of experience in customer support/logistics are welcome.
