Position Overview:

As a Customer Support Executive, your role will involve handling inbound calls, managing bookings, resolving customer queries, and delivering proactive customer service in a UK-based campaign.

This is a non-sales role with no targets and a fixed monthly salary that grows over time.

Choose Your Own Shift:
Morning: 10 AM – 7 PM
Afternoon: 12 PM – 9 PM
Evening: 5 PM – 2 AM

What You’ll Do:

Be the friendly voice that handles inbound calls
Manage bookings
Solve customer Queries
Keep things cool, calm, and professional
