Customer Support Executive

Tekboox, a US-based IT Company, is urgently looking to hire a Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support for healthcare clients.
  • Handle patient scheduling for US doctors.
  • Have working knowledge of insurance providers and their plans.
  • Be familiar with EMR/EHR and medical billing systems.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Up to 2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Candidates with O/A Levels background or IELTS certification will be preferred.

Job Location & Timing:

  • Location: DHA Y Block Phase 3, Lahore
  • Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)
  • Work Mode: Onsite, 5 days a week
