  • Process customer orders and update status in D365
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Communicate shipment details, ETAs, and documentation with customers
  • Support preparation of shipping documents (invoice, packing list, BL, etc.).
  • Assist in order tracking, complaint handling, and follow-up with freight forwarders
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data consistency in D365.
  • Provide general support to the Customer Service team when needed.
  • Any other relevant tasks related to the nature of this job.
