- Process customer orders and update status in D365
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate shipment details, ETAs, and documentation with customers
- Support preparation of shipping documents (invoice, packing list, BL, etc.).
- Assist in order tracking, complaint handling, and follow-up with freight forwarders
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data consistency in D365.
- Provide general support to the Customer Service team when needed.
- Any other relevant tasks related to the nature of this job.
