Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and providing a smooth customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients

Handle incoming customer inquiries over calls, chats, or emails

Explain products/services and answer questions in a clear and friendly manner

Maintain customer database and records
