Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is confident, professional, and fluent in English. The selected candidate will handle customer service through calls, emails, chats, and social media, ensuring smooth and positive
interactions with international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service through phone calls, email, live chat, and messaging platforms.
- Handle inquiries related to orders, shipping updates, returns, exchanges, and product details.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and operations teams for order updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Resolve escalated or complex customer issues in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with product guidance and order placement when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Confident in handling international customer calls.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer support experience (e-commerce experience preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
- Patience, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce order processing is a plus.
