Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: 30,000 – 50,000 per month + commission in dollars+ daily bonuses

About the Role

We are hiring for the position of Customer Support Executive. The role involves interacting with clients, and improving overall customer satisfaction. Candidates must be confident, motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Options

  • Females Shift: 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM
  • Males Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM.
  • Monday-Friday ( Saturday , Sunday closed )

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers through calls/messages
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain follow-ups and customer satisfaction
  • Update records and system data
  • Achieve daily and weekly performance targets

Compensation

  • Base Salary: 30,000 – 50,000 monthly
  • Commission: Performance-based incentives.
  • Daily Bonuses: Based on performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Matric/Intermediate
  • Strong English communication skills are required for all candidates
  • Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
  • Target-driven and motivated
  • Customer service/call center experience is a plus, but not mandatory
