Experts Communication is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team. Position Details:

• Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
• Shift: Night (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
• Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 + Attendance Allowance + Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and addressing concerns
• Promote and sell company services through effective communication and persuasion
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the database
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales/performance targets
• Conduct timely follow-ups with potential and existing clients
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks

Requirements

• Previous call center experience is a plus, but not mandatory (fresh candidates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales confidently
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
