Customer Support Executive

Anymove is an AI first logistics platform operating across Dubai, coordinating a professional fleet of vehicles for individuals and businesses.

We are hiring two Customer Support Executives to manage booking enquiries, live job coordination and issue resolution. One position is preferably for an Arabic speaker to support a wider customer base.

This role is critical to ensuring smooth move execution and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages and email enquiries
• Confirm bookings and provide job updates to customers
• Monitor live moves and proactively inform customers of any delays
• Coordinate with drivers and operations to resolve issues quickly
• Escalate complex cases to the operations team when required
• Maintain accurate CRM and booking records
• Collect post job feedback and support service improvement
• Support B2B clients with booking updates and coordination

Requirements

• Fluent English required
• Arabic speaking preferred for one position
• Previous experience in customer service or logistics support preferred
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
