Company Overview:

IZI Services Pvt Ltd is a registered call center operating as a backup office for an Italian-based company.
We operate 9 hours per day, 6 days a week, with one weekly day off.

This is a rotational job, and shifts may change based on operational needs and workflow requirements.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 75,000 + Commission
• Leaves: 24 annual leaves (yearly quota)
• One weekly day off
• Performance-based growth opportunities

Working Hours:

• Morning Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Shifts are rotational and may change based on company requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation (Bachelor’s degree)
• 1 year of experience is desirable (Freshers are welcome to apply)
• Motivated and eager-to-learn individuals
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Professional attitude and teamwork skills

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
