Company Overview:

IZI Services Pvt Ltd is a registered call center operating as a backup office for an Italian-based company.
We operate 9 hours per day, 6 days a week, with one weekly day off.

This is a rotational job, and shifts may change based on operational needs and workflow requirements.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 75,000 + Commission
• Leaves: 24 annual leaves (yearly quota)
• One weekly day off

Working Hours:

• Morning Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Rotational shifts based on company requirements

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Galileo & Sabre GDS systems
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
• Knowledge of international travel rules and fare structures
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
