Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via call, WhatsApp, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive tone
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide product information and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Identify customer needs and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (required)
• 2 years experience in Customer Support
• Ability to handle incoming calls and customer complaints professionally
• Strong communication skills (Urdu & English)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools preferred)
• Previous customer support experience is a plus
• Must have a customer-first mindset

Working Hours

• Normal Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Ramzan Timings: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
