Customer Support Executive (CSE)

We are Hiring hashtag CustomerSupport (Hyderabad Location)
Voice support (inbound/outbound)
Email, Live chat, SMS, and Mobile app support
Social media support for logistics inquiries
Graduate or equivalent with relevant BPO experience
Minimum 2 years of contact center experience
(Voice / Chat / Email) Excellent English language proficiency (verbal & written)
Logistics or Service industry exposure preferred

Preferred Experience Areas:
Customer Service, Sales & Retention Membership & Loyalty Programs Package / Shipment Location & Tracking Services Concierge Services Corporate Travel Desk Live Chat, Email & SMS Support Mobile App & Social Media SupportStrong professionalism, communication skills, and commitment to customer service excellence are essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
