What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent English — spoken and written like a pro
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience supporting and implementing ERP systems
  • A tech-savvy problem solver who’s faster than hitting Ctrl + Z
  • Patient, approachable, and passionate about making technology simple and accessible

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering top-tier ERP support to end-users — troubleshooting bugs, glitches, and the occasional digital mystery
  • Training and guiding clients (and teammates!) on ERP features and best practices
  • Responding quickly, solving effectively — always with a human touch
  • Becoming the go-to expert who turns frustration into confidence

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
