Customer Support Executive – Electronic Manufacturing

Location: [Hyderabad / Onsite]
Experience: 1–4 Years
Industry: Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS / PCBA / Product Manufacturing)

Job Summary

The Customer Support Executive will act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal manufacturing teams, ensuring smooth communication, order tracking, issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction across electronic manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main customer interface for order status, delivery schedules, and technical queries
  • Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and logistics teams to meet customer requirements
  • Track customer orders, forecasts, and change requests (BOM, ECN, quantity, timelines)
  • Handle customer complaints, RMA cases, and corrective action follow-ups (CAPA)
  • Share regular updates on production progress, dispatch, and delays (if any)
  • Support quotation follow-ups, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain customer records, communication logs, and MIS reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, ECE, EEE, or related field
  • Understanding of PCBA, EMS processes, BOMs, and manufacturing workflows
  • Strong communication skills (email, calls, coordination)
  • Ability to work with ERP/MRP systems and Excel
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in electronics manufacturing, SMT/PCBA, or OEM/ODM environments
  • Familiarity with quality standards (ISO, IPC) is an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
