Rotational shift time: 2Am-7am, 3am- 8am, 4am- 9am

Salary: PKR 47,000

Schedule: 5 days/week | Rotational night shifts

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years Contact Center Experience is mandatory
• Ability to handle high call volume
• You are very dependable
• Enjoying hours communicating with the customers.
• Technology is your good friend.
• .You have an innovative mind and are a self-starter.
• Proactive in coming up with ideas and solutions that will improve customer experience.
• Ability to carry out support through Live CHAT and calls.
• You are a team player and are excited about growing and learning in a challenging environment.
• You are cool and relaxed, but always pushing to get things done. It’s important that you like to take responsibility and your main focus is always to deliver results.
