Position: Customer Support Executive ( Night shift)

Location: Lahore

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to provide outstanding service to our clients via chat, email, and phone. The ideal candidate is proactive, patient, and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and reports.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth communication.
  • Analyze customer trends, feedback, and market data to improve service quality.
  • Engage in outbound communication, including cold calling, when required.
  • Utilize MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer support or a similar role preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (including formulas and data analysis).
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Professionalism and patience when handling challenging situations.
  • Age Requirement: Under 30 years.
