Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time | Contract (24 Months)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can deliver exceptional service to our clients through chat, email, and phone support. The ideal candidate should be patient, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through live chat and email efficiently and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a positive service experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales reports.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling when required.
  • Use MS Excel to manage and analyze data effectively.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
  • Experience: Prior experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and formulas.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
  • Patience and professionalism in handling difficult cases.
  • Age Requirement: Must be under 30 years.
