we’re searching for a Software Support Executive who’s quick on their feet, calm under pressure, and passionate about making technology simple, friendly, and accessible.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English — exceptional spoken and written communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience supporting or implementing ERP systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a love for solving technical problems
• A calm, approachable personality with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• A tech-savvy mindset — faster than hitting Ctrl + Z

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing top-tier ERP support to end-users — resolving bugs, glitches, and the occasional digital mystery
• Training and guiding clients (and sometimes teammates!) on ERP features, workflows, and best practices
• Responding quickly, communicating clearly, and resolving issues with a friendly, human touch
• Becoming the trusted go-to expert who turns user frustration into confidence
