REMOTE JOB VACANCY: Istanbul (Employees should be in istanbul)

Working days: Mon-Fri + (sometimes overtime on weekends, its paid)

Working hours: 16:00PM - 01:00AM / 17.00PM-02.00AM

Requirements:

Good/advanced level of SPANISH language is a MUST,

Fluent and effective communication skills on the phone,

Able to use computer and office programs,

Proper tone and diction

Strong persuasion level

What would you do?

First, you would be assigned for a 1 week training with our team seniors, where we would understand better your exact fit for the role.

You would be provided with the best education, about the customers, and be teached to apply those in daily work.

You would be our customer support superstar, or you would be more oriented for customer happiness hero.
