Position: Customer Support Intern

About Us:
ACE Education is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Officer to provide exceptional support to our students, parents, and educators. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and committed to delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
2. Understand and assess customer needs to provide appropriate information and assistance.
3. Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions.
Service Coordination:
1. Guide clients through the enrolment process and provide support with educational programs, schedules, and other services offered by ACE Education.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure seamless service delivery.
3. Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Feedback and Reporting:
1. Collect feedback from clients to improve services and customer satisfaction.
2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prepare regular reports for management.
Administrative Support:
1. Assist in managing customer databases and updating information as needed.
2. Support event coordination, including workshops and open days.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
1. Prior experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
Skills:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
2. Proficient in using customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
5. High level of professionalism, with a positive and proactive approach.
