Customer Support Intern

Job Description:

Zidello is looking for a motivated and responsible Customer Support Intern (CSR Intern) to join our growing e-commerce team. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates, students, or individuals from a medical or healthcare background who want to gain practical experience in customer service and e-commerce operations.

The selected candidate will assist the support team in managing customer queries, order updates, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and responding to customer chats and inquiries
  • Support the team in handling order tracking and order-related queries
  • Help customers with basic questions regarding products, orders, and delivery
  • Maintain records of customer conversations and order details
  • Work with the team to ensure a positive and professional customer experience

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates from medical or healthcare fields are welcome
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online systems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Responsible, eager to learn, and able to work in a team environment
