Customer Support Intern – Night Shift (Female preferred)

GE Solucions is hiring enthusiastic and confident individuals with experience in international e-commerce platforms to support customers on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and other global marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries professionally and within timelines
• Deliver an excellent customer experience through clear and courteous communication
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions
• Handle calls, emails, and chats efficiently
• Assist customers with international shipping, customs, and order-related concerns

Requirements

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and online tools
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong writing skills

Job Details

• Working Days: Monday – Friday (Alternate Saturdays)
• Shift Timings: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM
• Location: PECHS, Block 6, Karachi
