Internship Program Overview.

Preferred Qualification:

• Fresh graduates in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.

Required Competencies:

• Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and system configuration.
• Familiarity with Windows-based environments and basic software installation/troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN concepts, IP addressing, and network diagnostics.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.

Primary Areas of Engagement:

• Device installation, configuration, and hardware setup.
• Customer site visits for device health check and service support.
• Cold visit for business development initiative.
