Job Summary:

Enza Home is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Intern to support our sales team at the Lahore showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in the furniture and home décor industry. This internship will provide hands-on experience in retail sales, customer service, and showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Sales Support

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting furniture and home décor items.
• Understand customer needs and provide product information.
• Support the sales team in closing sales and preparing quotations.

Showroom Operations

• Ensure the showroom display is neat, organized, and presentable.
• Assist in updating product tags, price lists, and inventory records.
• Coordinate with the sales team for product availability and delivery details.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks

• Maintain customer inquiry logs and follow-up lists.
• Support in preparing daily/weekly sales reports.
• Assist in data entry and documentation tasks as required.

Learning & Development

• Gain hands-on experience in sales techniques and customer handling.
• Learn about the furniture product line, materials, and features.
• Work closely with senior sales staff for training and guidance.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed (BBA, Marketing, Business, or related field).

Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service mindset with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Interest in the retail or furniture industry is a plus.

Eligibility:

• Fresh graduates or final-semester students.
• Available to work full-time during internship period.
