Job Position : Customer Support Lead
Location : Coimbatore
Qualification : Any Degree
Experience : 3+ years of experience in a technical customer support role, ideally supporting a SaaS product or mobile/web application.
Required Qualifications:
· 1+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience managing a small team.
· Expert knowledge of customer service principles and familiarity with modern support technologies (CRM, ticketing systems).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes of issues.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic tone.
· Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and basic technical concepts (APIs, databases, mobile OS environments - iOS/Android).
· Ability to read and understand technical logs or replicate complex user-reported bugs for Engineering.
