Customer Support Manager â Real Estate (Dubai)
đ Location: Dubai, UAE
đ Schedule: 6 days per week
đ° Salary: AED 8,000/month
Weâre hiring a Customer Support Manager to lead client service operations for a fast-growing real estate company in Dubai. Youâll oversee communications with buyers, tenants, and investors â ensuring a seamless post-sale and handover experience while maintaining high customer satisfaction aligned with UAE real estate laws and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Manage daily operations of the customer support team (calls, emails, WhatsApp, in-person).
⢠Oversee client support for handovers, snagging, maintenance, and documentation.
⢠Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Projects, Finance & Facilities teams to resolve client issues.
⢠Act as the main contact for VIP clients and investors post-sale.
⢠Track KPIs such as resolution time, satisfaction scores, and complaint volume.
⢠Develop SOPs and maintain up-to-date FAQs for DLD, RERA, Ejari, and title deed processes.
⢠Stay current with UAE property regulations and service quality standards.
Requirements:
⢠Bachelorâs degree in Business or related field.
⢠5â8 years of experience in customer service, including 2â3 years in UAE real estate.
⢠Strong knowledge of RERA, DLD, and property handover procedures.
⢠Excellent communication, leadership, and CRM skills.
⢠Organized, client-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
