Customer Support Manager – Real Estate (Dubai)


📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

🕒 Schedule: 6 days per week

💰 Salary: AED 8,000/month


We’re hiring a Customer Support Manager to lead client service operations for a fast-growing real estate company in Dubai. You’ll oversee communications with buyers, tenants, and investors — ensuring a seamless post-sale and handover experience while maintaining high customer satisfaction aligned with UAE real estate laws and company standards.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the customer support team (calls, emails, WhatsApp, in-person).

• Oversee client support for handovers, snagging, maintenance, and documentation.

• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Projects, Finance & Facilities teams to resolve client issues.

• Act as the main contact for VIP clients and investors post-sale.

• Track KPIs such as resolution time, satisfaction scores, and complaint volume.

• Develop SOPs and maintain up-to-date FAQs for DLD, RERA, Ejari, and title deed processes.

• Stay current with UAE property regulations and service quality standards.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in customer service, including 2–3 years in UAE real estate.

• Strong knowledge of RERA, DLD, and property handover procedures.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and CRM skills.

• Organized, client-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
