Customer Support Night Shift (Female Only)

• Maintain the highest level of service by dealing with customers in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner.
• Responding to instant chat queries and customer emails, answering questions, and resolving any issues.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Multi-tasking abilities. Patience when handling tough cases.
• Must be Knowledge of Excel Work & Formula Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

• Candidate must be below than 30 years
• Education Must be Graduation

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
