Customer Support Officer (Native Arabic)

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our logistics team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage customer inquiries and shipment coordination efficiently.

Location: Qatar (applicants must be currently in Qatar)

Gender: Male & Female

Languages: Arabic (must be native or fluent) & English

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely shipment updates.
  • Provide accurate information regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication. Support clients with service requests, complaints, or escalation follow-ups.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, booking confirmations, and delivery schedules when needed.
  • Had an experience in Sales

Requirements:

  • Must be currently based in Qatar.
  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker (Arabic is mandatory).
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales Assistant
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
