Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Location: On-site in 6th of October City, Egypt

Shift: Evening shift, Monday to Friday
Salary: 14,000 EGP + 500 EGP Performance Bonus

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. You’ll be the voice of our company, helping customers smoothly through enquiries via calls, chat, and email. This role has a low load of communications—with a focus on quality interactions, not high volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Guru
• Resolving customer issues and complaints with professionalism and patience. Guru
• Documenting and logging customer interactions accurately. Guru
• Guiding customers through our products/services. Guru
• Collaborating with teams to escalate or resolve complex requests. Guru

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service/support role. withe.co
• English proficiency at B2 level or above (CEFR Upper-Intermediate): able to handle work interactions with clear, confident use of English in speaking and writing. britishcouncil.bg
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills. withe.co

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems (not mandatory but a plus). withe.co
