Customer Support Representative

Position: Customer Support Representative
Timings: 7pm to 4am
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 15, Karachi

About the Role:

Arc Inventador seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service across various channels. You will leverage your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Fulfillment, to ensure seamless customer solutions.
  • Build and foster positive, lasting relationships with customers.

Proficient in Excel and email.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, with a preference for e-commerce environments.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with an adaptable approach.
  • Ability to multitask, be punctual, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a collaborative team player.
