Customer Support Representative

Kuwait

Our customer support team works for our customers— not for us. In other words, you're always concerned about how you can a customer happy. You'd be surprise to know what we're willing to do to ensure our customers are satisfied.

We often call our customer support division— "The Central Kitchen" because everything flows through this unit. The best members in our team served time within our customer support division.

What we expect from you:

  • Assist customers via calls, emails, and chats.
  • Update records on company's ERP and CRM.
  • Maintain target KPI and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations ensuring order fulfillment.

Who we are looking for:

  • Entrepreneurial—owner mentality.
  • 2+ years experience in customer service.
  • Team player—effectively communicate with other teams.
  • Critical/ Analytical thinker—quickly understand problems and solve them.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic— spoken and written.

What we will provide:

  • Any necessary hardware/ software for you (laptop, phone, headset, etc).
  • Extensive training on procedures and policies.
  • Paid courses for personal development if desired.

Working hours:

  • As per Kuwait labor laws: 8 hours per day or 48 hours per week.
  • Shift-based and overtime is available (official holidays/ peak-hours).
  • 1-hour break as per Kuwait labor laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD250.000 - KD300.000 per month
