Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with experience in ERP systems to assist our clients with inquiries, technical issues, and product-related questions. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, while also supporting users on ERP-related functionalities.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and ERP functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide first-level support.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Record customer interactions and maintain detailed service records.
  • Collaborate with ERP consultants and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
