Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. This opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience in customer service and support, allowing the intern to gain valuable skills and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's brand, customer base, product goals, and service aspects.
  • Rotate through various divisions of responsibility, providing innovative ideas to enhance business operations.
  • Engage with customers or clients, delivering exceptional service and support, and potentially contributing to sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving customer service and internal processes.
  • Learn and become proficient in using internal software systems.
  • Assist in creating and analyzing performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the Retention program efforts and contribute to Upgrades/SaaS conversion initiatives.
  • Assist in coordinating various communication initiatives, both internal and external, to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 6 Months to 1 year of Experience of Customer support
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proven customer support experience or a track record of exceeding goals is a plus

  • Job Timings: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday) ( Saturday - Alternate)
  • Location: PECHS Block 6

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Sales or Customer Support: 1 year (Preferred)
