Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with fluent spoken and written English to handle international clients. The ideal candidate must be confident, professional, and capable of delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and live chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Resolve customer issues professionally
  • Maintain customer records and update system data
  • Coordinate with internal teams when needed
  • Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English (must)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work the night shift (6 PM – 3 AM)
  • Customer service experience (international preferred)
  • Professional attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Expat or foreign nationality preferred (not mandatory)
